Just a 'shout out' to Mike Risi and the staff at Meadowland Carmel. I bought a new 2011 Dodge Challenger SE yesterday and I could not be happier. I met Mike 6 weeks ago when I first considered buying a new car. After visiting multiple dealerships and test driving other 'pony' cars (Camaro, Mustang and other Challengers) I realized the Challenger was THE car I wanted and I called Mike at Meadowland even though there are Dodge dealers closer to my home. recently went to Meadowlands to shop for a used vehicle with my son. As soon as I walked in, Samuel Brown welcomed my family & invited us to sit down. He was very warm & friendly which made the experience much more pleasant. After my son explained what type of vehicle he needed & price range Samuel soon located a vehicle that fit both of those needs (2009 Jeep Liberty). Considering we were there in the evening, prior to closing, we were not rushed or pressured at all! I was surprised that my son was even offered a test drive due to the fact that it was so close to closing time.
Samuel was very quick to respond to our e-mail & phone calls during the entire process of decision making, financing & pick up. He addressed all of our concerns & always displayed a sense of care & patience through it all. This is different than what my family is accustomed to when purchasing a new/used vehicle. I had a great experience buying my new 2010 PT Cruiser at Meadlowland. This was my first purchase there, and I was treated with great respect, we made a very fair deal, and Mike Barrows was probably the best salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a car. As a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage of as is the case at other dealerships. Mike was knowledgeable, pleasant, caring, and efficient, even though he faced a couple of small challenges. He handled it all with grace, and he continues to make himself available to me for follow up, which I have never experienced before with any other dealer/salesman. The atmosphere at the dealership is friendly and welcoming. Everyone I dealt with was cordial and helpful. I will highly recommend Meadlowland, and especially Mike Barrows. Great experience from beginning to end. Joe Hickey, my salesman, was hands-on all the way. Meadowland honored my company's incentive plan and on top Joe mentioned the RT bonus bucks deal which I wasn't even aware of. Straight shooter and took complete ownership of the process. We bought our minivan from Meadowland of Carmel a year and a half ago. After shopping around for a while, we stumbled upon the website of Meadowland of Carmel. We drove for an hour, from our home, to get there and boy we're glad we did! We dealt with Steve Kaplan(a great guy!!!) and we got a good price for our van. We have been very happy, so much so that when we were ready to buy a second car, we HAD to go back. We got another great car for a great price and once again, Steve made it happen! Meadowland of Carmel has a big selection of quality vehicles and their prices are very fair AND the customer service is better than you can imagine.
